HR leaders bridge this gap by strategically guiding employees toward shared objectives. Through performance appraisals and targeted development programs, HRM ensures that every employee’s work contributes to long-term organizational goals.

4. Employee Relations: It is important to foster positive workplace environment in order for it o remain productive. HR helps to resolve conflicts, deal with grievances and encourage transparent communication between the management team and staff.

5. Compensation and Benefits: HR makes competitive compensation packages to attract the kind of talent you like. This includes competitive salary structures, bonuses, health benefits and retirement plans that mirror industry standards.

6. Payroll: HR is accountable in ensuring the labor laws are being followed by company & mitigate any risk of legal issues. Such as work place safety, rights of employments and discrimination policies.
